Our commitments
We reject exploitation, abuse, harassment, discrimination, retaliation and the misuse of personal information. We centre informed choice and the best interests of children while respecting the voice of each person.
DEN membership for a child is completed through a parent, guardian or authorised caregiver route. Child profiles are private by default and DEN does not publish a child member directory.
Safer information
VORA does not publish confidential case details or sell access to aid, registration, resettlement, jobs or services. High-risk or disputed records may be paused while they are checked.
Reporting a concern
Report a concern through advocacy@cyei.org or +256 788 886 782. Share the minimum facts needed to identify the issue. Do not send graphic material, full identity documents or confidential case files through an ordinary form.
Urgent danger
VORA can record an urgent navigation request and surface verified emergency routes, but a VORA request is not confirmation that an ambulance or responder has been dispatched. Where a person is in immediate danger, call the recognised emergency channel immediately and do not wait for a VORA response.
