Not another directory. A national inclusive referral and access system.
VORA reduces the distance between a person’s problem and the right help, bringing verified service intelligence, direct contacts, opportunities, human navigation and access-gap evidence into one system designed first for phones.
Established June 2026Hosted by CYEIUganda-wide mission
Families & caregiversInformation should help families act while preserving dignity and choice.Access across the life coursePeople at every age need clear routes to mobility, rehabilitation, health and community support.
Why it exists
People should not need ten websites to find one usable answer.
Support can exist yet remain unreachable when information is scattered, outdated or unclear. VORA organises verified information around the user’s real need: what is provided, where it is found, who can use it, how to contact the responsible provider, what to carry and what to do next.
Institutional home
An initiative of Cairo Youth Empowerment Initiative.
VORA Uganda was established in June 2026 and is hosted by CYEI. It is not a separate legal entity and does not replace government authorities, refugee authorities, emergency services or the organisations that deliver listed services.
Founder: Richardson Kyeyune, widely known as Chief.
The standard
Verify. Explain. Route. Re-check.
VORA only treats information as public referral intelligence when it has a traceable source and verification status. Automation may detect change or expiry, but material public facts remain subject to human verification.
