How to approach the route

4-step route
01

Engage the responsible Older Persons / Local Government structure.

02

Confirm the current group composition and enterprise requirements.

03

Prepare and submit the enterprise proposal through the authorised appraisal process.

04

Before you act

What still needs checking

Coverage / implementation: Implemented through Government and Local Government structures under current SEGOP guidance.

Responsible route

Where to start

Group identification → verification/appraisal → authorised Government process; no funding guarantee.

Government system / workflow: DEMIS / SEGOP Government workflow

VORA's role

Explain the route. Connect the person. Record the follow-up.

VORA discovers capability/opportunity, supports evidence and follows delivery/outcome; Government remains the approval/system-of-record authority.
